Experienced Service Advisor / Writer Turner Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Service Advisor/Writer to join our service team! We are looking for dedicated and motivated professionals who share the same passion we have here.
As a trusted Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between the customer and the service department to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills in addition to service writing experience.
General Motors product knowledge is a plus but not required.
Automotive Service Advisor
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and schedule service appointments Document customer concerns and comments.
Write service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs Write up Customer Pay and Warranty Customers Translate customers' repair problems into standard repair terminology Explain repairs to customers and review service history Test-drive vehicles to confirm service repairs.
Provide accurate estimates of the cost and time needed for repairs.
Handle customer complaints making sure to keep our customers satisfied.
Coordinate parts ordering and follow up appointment with customers.
Provide the highest levels of customer service in order to retain dealership clientele.
Service Advisor Qualifications Service advisor/writer experience required Valid driver's license and clean driving record DMS system experience helpful, not required General Motors knowledge preferred, not required Professional appearance and attitude required Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment Must have strong customer service and phone skills Job Type:
