Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and patients in a professional and friendly manner - Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars - Organize and maintain paper and electronic files and records - Assist with billing and invoicing tasks as required Bonus Skills:
- OpenDental, DentalXChange experience - Knowledge of medical/dental terminology and procedures - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Willing to be crossed trained or have experience in back office Note:
Experience with medical scheduling or working at the front desk of a medical or dental office is highly desirable.
